Classic bomber shape, done in leather instead of nylon. Ribbed collar, cuffs, hem keeps the whole thing close to the body. Zip runs straight up the middle, no asymmetric cut this time, which is rare for Rick Owens. Closest thing to a normal flight jacket the brand makes.

Small Details

Two zip pockets sit angled at the hip. Small button at the collar, more decoration than function. Leather’s got a bit of sheen to it, not matte like most of the other leather pieces.

Wearing It

Keep it simple underneath plain tee, crewneck. Works over a Rick Owens Shirt too if it’s cooler out. Straight Rick Owens Pants or dark denim both sit fine with it, jacket does most of the talking either way. On feet, the Rick Owens Converse style keeps things casual without overdoing it.

Care

Condition every couple months, elbows crack first if you skip it. Stay out of direct sun for long stretches. Wipe off moisture right away, don’t let it sit. Hang it properly so the hem doesn’t stretch out.
