Rick Owens Pink Shirt
Dusty pink tee, plain, nothing printed on the front, just a crew neck and short sleeves. Shoulder seam drops down a bit past where it normally would sit, body’s long too, same stretched-out length you see on a lot of these basic tees, hem landing well past the hip.
Color’s faded, more rose than actual pink, looks like it’s garment-dyed given how uneven the tone is in spots, not a flat solid color all the way through. Fabric’s matte, no shine at all, cotton looks like it’s already got some softness to it straight out of the photo.
- Dropped shoulder seam
- Long body length, past hip
- Short straight sleeves, no taper
- Garment-dyed pink cotton
- Crew neck, no print or branding
Fit
Not oversized exactly, just relaxed through the shoulder because of that dropped seam. Rest of it stays fairly true to size, sleeves don’t balloon out or anything, they’re pretty standard once past the shoulder.
What’s It Made Of
Mid-weight cotton jersey, drapes soft rather than holding stiff. That garment-dye process is probably why the pink looks a little worn already, gives it more depth than a flat printed color would.
Wear it under a Rick Owens Jacket in black, keeps the pink as the one thing standing out. Works with Rick Owens Shorts too if it’s warm out, black or grey ones so the pink still leads. For shoes, plain Rick Owens Sneakers in a neutral color won’t clash with it.
Wash cold, turn it inside out first. Skip the bleach, this shade fades easy with anything harsh. Hang dry over tumble dry if you can, and iron low if you need to at all.
